This page is protected so that only sysops can edit this page and file movers can only request universal replacements. Those requests must not contain template markup ({}) inside {{Universal replace}}. It is also important that you do not change the syntax here, except you adopt the changes in MediaWiki:ProcessFileMoverRequests.js and Special:AbuseFilter/75. Just remove the lines that are processed or add lines to process.
