Deutsch: OPTICS-Clusteranalyse auf einem Datensatz mit Gauss-verteilten Clustern. Obwohl OPTICS eigentlich Cluster mit gleichmäßiger Dichte sucht, ist die Extraktion von Clustern mit der -Methode erfolgreich. Der blaue Cluster wird dabei jedoch als Teil (Untercluster) des roten Clusters erkannt.
