I am from Chittagong, a port city in Bangladesh. Archaeological findings, including Stone Age fossils and tools, suggest that the area has been inhabited since Neolithic times. The city's recorded history dates back to the 4th century BCE, and its harbour was notably mentioned in Ptolemy's 2nd-century world map as one of the most significant ports in the East.
For over a decade, I have been contributing to Wikimedia Commons, and since 2017, I have also been involved in administrative tasks.
As of June2025[update], my contributions include 71Quality images and 160Valued Images from four countries. I have uploaded 1,421 images, of which more than 450 images have been used across Wikimedia project pages, including over 350 in Wikipedia articles.
