I had worked on a template that add a new row for a inscription.

Show the inscription in the Information Field with folow wikitext:

Microdata is dead, we have now Structured data:
All types of Data Objects can have Property "inscription mentions (P6568)".
Types of work (Q386724), memorial stone (Q11734477)… can have Property "inscription (P1684)".
