Description
English: Test complex switch elements in different environments.
  1. The first line is just a text element with translate="no". It should always display in English. SVG Translate should not offer to translate the line.
  2. The second line is a switch element that has title, desc, and metadata children. Those elements should not prevent the display of the English name of the language (e.g., "English", "French", or "Default"). SVG Translate should offer to translate this element.
  3. The third line should display the langtag or "Default language". The switch has en, zh_Hans, zh-Hant, and default clauses. MW does show underscored langtags in the language dropdown box, and MW does not display an underscored langtag image (lang=zh_hans). Choosing the "default" language in the language dropdown box will display en rather than the "default" (und) language. SVG Translate will incorrectly create new zh_HANS and zh_HANT clauses.
