Summary

Description
English: A conceptual experiment to illustrate irreversible movement. When an object is moved slowly in water (top), the pressure distribution is almost the same on both sides. When it is moved quickly, a pressure imbalance occurs: movements back and forth will not produce/require opposed amounts of energy.
