| Description |
Русский: Флаг города Благовещенска. Двухсторонее прямоугольное полотнище размером 120 х 240 см с отношением ширины к длине 1:2. Полотнище флага вдоль нижней кромки имеет полосу зеленого цвета шириной 10 см, т. е. в 1/12 ширины. Выше, параллельно этой полосе, проходит полоса серебристо-белого цвета такого же размера. От верхнего придревкового угла флага расположен равнобедренный треугольник голубого цвета с катетами по 100 см, на котором на расстоянии 20 см от верхнего угла в квадрате 30 х 30 см расположены градостроительная корона и под ней - три восьмиугольных звезды золотистого цвета. Вдоль гипотенузной стороны голубого треугольника идет полоса серебристо-белого цвета шириной 10 см. Остальная часть флага - красного цвета. |
