„Valla lipuks on vapilipp. Kollase kanga keskel paikneb punane vastulaineliste külgedega püstlaid, milles valge ladina rist. Lipu laiuse ja pikkuse suhe on 7:9, normaalsuurus 105 x 135 cm.“
Lipp oli kasutusel 9. maist 1994 kuni oktoobrini 2005.
