The rows of these 24 16×16 matrices are the 384 permutations in the symmetry group of the tesseract.
The order of colors in row ${\displaystyle m}$ of matrix ${\displaystyle n}$ is the result of applying permutation ${\displaystyle (m,n)}$ on the initial order,
which is seen in the dots. Where square and dot have the same color, the permutation has a fixed point.

Files like those in 4-ary Boolean functions; BEC (24 × 16×16) can be made from this one by coloring the squares and dots in the first row in the first matrix.
