Art. 1

Il grande stemma dello Stato è formato da uno scudo di rosso alla croce d'argento; cimato dall'elmo reale colla Corona di ferro; sostenuto da due leoni; o d'oro od al naturale; attorniato dalle grandi insegne degli ordini equestri italiani; posto sotto un padiglione regio sormontato dalla corona reale ed accollato al fusto del gonfalone d'Italia che ha l'aquila d'oro coronata, sulla punta, in cravatta azzurra e lo stendardo nazionale bifido e svolazzante.
