Add East West Corridor

It makes sense to include East West Corridor as this one is already under construction so you can already reserve space for the new line and its station labels instead of making more adjustments after the paths, ticks and labels of existent lines are already in place.

Another suggestion is that visually low opacity should be used carefully as shown in your South Island Line that the color composition of the grey background, translucent station ticks and line path doesn't look that great. There are other ways to denote "under construction", the one I prefer is to restore the opacity, use the extra hollow line as I did to Crossrail in my London tube map.
