The object was conservated in a glass filled with a special conservation liquid; because of the difficult light situation I had to edit the image strongly. Taxidermy by K. Bilek, 1957. Deutsch: Nervensystem einer Erdkröte (Bufo bufo) im Naturhistorischen Museum Wien. Das fotografierte Objekt befand sich in einem mit Aufbewahrungslösung gefüllten Glas, weshalb das Bild intensiv nachbearbeitet wurde. Präparation: K. Bilek, 1957. Suomi: Rupikonnnan hermosto Wienin lunnonhistoriallisessa museossa. (Täyttänyt K. Bilek, 1957.)
