Deutsch: Beschreibung der Flagge:"Die Stadtflagge enthält die Stadtfarben blau-gelb in zwei gleichgroßen länglich recht-eckigen Feldern mit dem Stadtwappen in der Mitte." 1842 wurden im Rathaus drei alte, teilweise zerfetzte und vollständig verblichene Fahnen aufbewahrt, auf denen noch spärlich die Konturen des Stadtwappens festzustellen waren.
