Rolling six month check user statistics

• Responding to a single sockpuppet investigation or check user request may involve many logged checks, or none at all.
• Checks performed by stewards, developers, ombuds, or Wikimedia Foundation staff who are not also appointed Wikimedia Commons check users are not included in these statistics.
• An empty cell means the functionary did not have the checkuser permission at any time in the given month. A cell containing "0" means that the functionary had the checkuser permission at some point in that month, but made no logged actions.
