Summary
| Description |
English: A fanciful creation by Joe Pasquale during his tenure at Digital Effects. Pasquale created this using the 3D software called Visions, written by Judson Rosebush and the Digital Effects crew including Jeffrey Kleiser, Donald Leich, David Cox, Vance Loen, Gene Miler, Robert Hoffman, Alan Green, Debbie Deas and others. Visions, written in APL with a Fortran back end, calculated images on timesharing and batch computers at DEI, transferred the image files to a DED PDP 11 computer which controlled a Dicomed film recorder. This is a 4K liquid gate scan of the original VistaVision camera Eastman Color 5247 image, made at Cineric, New York, on custom built equipment. |
