The image has been uploaded through the website wikiportret.nl, by somebody of the name Renaat Peeters. He stated in ticket:2023022310009321 it was a selfie and agreed with the CCBYSA licence. If the image - which dates from 2023 - is not accurate (any more) a more recent photo can be uploaded and can be replaced on the article on NL Wikipedia. No reason to delete this version imho. It's misidentified. The Renaat Peeters article on the NL Wikipedia refers to a Belgian christiandemocrat MP who died in 1999. He looks different and is not the guy in the photograph. Sadly, the photographs I did find of the correct Renaat Peeters are not in the public domain as far as I know. TomZeppelin (talk) 10:20, 20 April 2025 (UTC)
That's a pity. Right now, though, this file is COM:INUSE, so I don't see how it could be deleted based on mistaken identity.     There is a substantial degree of creativity involved in drafting a topological transport map like this one - neither subways nor rivers tend to follow straight lines as shown in this image. There is no reasoning in the text. Its simply a collection of well known stereotypes about nudity. But nudity is not bad, its not artificial, it is natural. Because of licencing I have to confirm here at first place (!) that the footage is only from me and nobody else is involved. Therefore the accuse "exhibitionist" is a contradiction. The categories are completely new and there is no comparable footage in Commons. So the the educational value is high.

This file is designed by a Turkish person who clearly spread falsified information. West Azerbaijan is mostly inhabited by Kurds but as you can see with Photoshop or any other photo editor he changed it to %21.7. Unfortunately fascist Turks spread false information all over Wikipedia specially the English version. If you check the English and Persian version you can see the difference. All over West Azerbayjan Kurds are living while Azari Turks are only in few middle and north cities but because government is backing them against Kurds they have power and spread false information about Kurdish population of West Azerbayjan. 2.99.207.114 16:40, 27 May 2019 (UTC)

A new very similar map has been placed on Commons by Kurdistan sarbarz and in at least SVWP this 2010 map has been exchanged for the new one. BUT: the nww one gives netiher year nor sources. Until this is declared, I think that the new map cannot be trusted and should not be used. Previous discussions have found the "old" Instagram logo is non-free. Also, the swarm logo is probably non-free (it's NFC in its enwiki article). Therefore, this image contains some non-free components. Although they are small parts, an equivalent could just as well be created that didn't have them at all, and we have for example File:Social media.png.
