Edit request: cleanup, Template:Error

{{Edit request}} I've made some tweaks in Template:Fmbox/sandbox and would like them merged into the main template:

• Spacing adjustments
• Only including style attributes if they will have content
• Using {{Error}} for the text warning of incorrect use of the type parameter
