This Template generates a clickable link to a supplied KML overlay file, which will display the image in GoogleEarth (if installed). For instructions on how to create an overlay please consult Commons:Geocoding/Overlay. The KML overlay file has to reside in a subpage of the tagged image named /overlay.kml.
