Summary
| Description |
English: This image was created starting from a complete dataset of every card present in Magic: The Gathering found on https://mtgjson.com . After joining different informations and filtering, a secondary dataset that was showing the amount of common, uncommon, rare and mythic rare cards (other type of rarities weren't counted) in the "default" and "set" boosters of these expansions was created. Note that these are expansions only, the "core", "commander" and every other kind of set that wasn't listed as "expansion" aren't present in this visualization. The secondary dataset was then put on RAWGraph to create the stacked bar chart, and then refined on Adobe Illustrator. On the X axis the release year is observable, while on the Y axis you can see the stacked amount of the various types of rarities for every expansion.
On the top right, a small legend with the correspondent colors of the bars was then added. |
