English: Rosettes form by cellular rearrangement. Time-lapse movie of another example of rosettes forming in the VE during AVE migration. Representative cells are outlined in different colours so they can be easily followed. AVE cells are marked by Hex-GFP fluorescence (green). Rosettes can be seen forming in the Epi-VE by the rearrangement of non-neighbouring cells. The time interval between frames is 15 minutes. The scale bar represents 50 µm. |
