This work is self-created, the source code is given below. However, seeing as it's obviously a derivative work, I'll respect the original copyright (original creator: User:Dysprosia), which is reprinted below. (As far as I'm concerned, I'm happy for this to go into the public domain legal experts may wrangle appropriately.)

It was created with the latex source below and pdflatex. I then opened it with epdfview, found its window id with xwininfo -children, took a screenshot of it with ImageMagick's import -window id euler.png, cropped the resulting euler.png with the GIMP, and here we are! (A kludge, yes, but I couldn't figure out how to get a high resolution image with convert euler.pdf euler.png).

Here's the latex source:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{euler}
\begin{document}

\[
  AMS\ Euler
\]

\[
  \int_0^3 9x^2 + 2x + 4\, dx = 3x^3 + x^2 + 4x + C \Big\rbrack_0^3 = 102
\]

\[
  e^{x+iy} = e^x(\cos y + i\sin y)
\]

\[
  x = \frac{-b \pm \sqrt{b^2 - 4ac}}{2a}
\]

\end{document}
