Ελληνικά: Επισκόπηση του βιολογικού κιρκάδιου ρολογιού στους ανθρώπους. Το βιολογικό ρολόι επηρεάζει τον καθημερινό ρυθμό πολλών φυσιολογικών διεργασιών. Αυτό το διάγραμμα απεικονίζει το τυπικό κιρκάδιο μοτίβο κάποιου που σηκώνεται νωρίς το πρωί, τρώει το μεσημεριανό γεύμα γύρω στο μεσημέρι και κοιμάται το βράδυ (10 μ.μ.). Αν και οι κιρκάδιοι ρυθμοί τείνουν να συγχρονίζονται με κύκλους φωτός και σκότους, άλλοι παράγοντες - όπως η θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος, οι χρόνοι γεύματος, το άγχος και η άσκηση - μπορούν επίσης να επηρεάσουν το χρονισμό.

Informations were provided from "The Body Clock Guide to Better Health" by Michael Smolensky and Lynne Lamberg; Henry Holt and Company, Publishers (2000). Landscape was sampled from Open Clip Art Library (Ryan, Public domain). Vitruvian Man and the clock were sampled from Image:P human body.svg (GNU licence) and Image:Nuvola apps clock.png, respectively.
