Two early and important views of Honolulu were first published in this serial. The June 1824 issue has at page 276 a woodcut view titled Mission House and Chapel at Honoruru, Oahu (7x13 cm), which shows the mission houses and Kawaiahao Church. With it is the note: "accompanying the [Stewart] journal there were. We give the latter of these sketches in the present number of our work, and the other will appear in our next." The July 1824 issue has at page 319, View of the Harbour and Village of Honoruru (7 x 13 cm).
