Delete I don't see anything on a Google search that makes her that notable. No coverage in reliable media or in any Wikipedia articles. Just the usual social media used for promotion of emerging talent. VRT permission does not seem to be a factor in keeping images unless it resolves a copyright claim. The uploader has only contributed multiple images of this one person, which smells of promotion. If this image goes, so should:

Comment I want to highlight that the three mentioned files by Nv8200pa are not currently tagged for deletion (and one of them is currently COM:INUSE in an article about the clothing). This image may have other scope's such as the Vogue Lounge, etc.? --Jonatan Svensson Glad (talk) 20:46, 29 July 2025 (UTC)

No indication at source or here it would be a collective work. — Racconish 💬 13:27, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
Keep "anonymous or a collective work". --RAN (talk) 19:17, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
Comment. The uploader actually said "inconnu, travail collectif", which states in French two additive conditions. As I said, there is no evidence to sustain the second one. Concerning the first one, the fact the photographer is unknown to the uploader does not imply he is anonymous. The retouched version originally uploaded was used for different album covers such as this one or this one, which both actually credit the photographer. — Racconish 💬 07:48, 9 June 2025 (UTC)
- Effectivement, je n'avais pas pu déterminer le nom du photographe. Merci. Tisourcier (talk) 19:52, 9 June 2025 (UTC)
File:Giraffes children playground in Apollo Park in Kirov.jpg
There is no freedom of panorama in Russia for sculpture and probably the photo violates sculptor's copyright. Sculptor is unknown, but the sculptures are likely not old. Taivo (talk) 19:00, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
- Quite honestly, I doubt if these figures can qualify as original art works: playgrounds of the whole world are full of this sort of animals bearing no artistic originality. As for the authorship, here is claimed that the giraffes were created in 2006 by the students of the local university as a part of their mandatory summer work. Keep as per COM:FOP Russia as works of garden and landscape design. Quick1984 (talk) 15:12, 8 July 2025 (UTC)
- Landscape design is flowerbeds, walkpaths and something like that. Sculptures and playgrounds are not landscape design. Taivo (talk) 12:30, 14 July 2025 (UTC)
- @Alex Spade: your kind assistance is highly appreciated. Quick1984 (talk) 13:05, 14 July 2025 (UTC)
- I can't find any information on playgrounds being copyright protected in Russia. Nakonana (talk) 20:32, 19 July 2025 (UTC)
Keep FOP is an exception to copyright, not the default: if a work meets the threshold of originality (above COM:TOO Russia) and no specific exception applies, it is presumed copyrighted. However, in this case, there is strong evidence the giraffe sculptures fall under Russia's exception for garden and landscape design (
садово-парковое искусство
), which includes sculptures and small architectural forms placed in public parks. According to this article, the giraffes were created in 2006 by students of Vyatka State University under the direction of an artist, as part of a planned park ensemble. That context supports their classification as artistic landscape elements rather than stand-alone sculptures. Russian sources, including the ruwp article on "садово-парковое искусство", explicitly list sculptures as part of such designs (e.g."размещение... скульптуры"
alongside water features and plantings). This aligns with post-2014 Russian copyright law, which permits use of such works under FOP. The giraffes' function within Apollo Park appears to be decorative and integrated into the park's aesthetic concept. Unless contrary evidence arises showing the sculptures are not part of the park’s design, or were independently installed as artistic monuments, FOP seems applicable here. --Jonatan Svensson Glad (talk) 21:14, 29 July 2025 (UTC)
