Deutsch: Jakobuskapelle Bierstrauch in Aachen-Brand; Gestiftet 2002 von dem Ehepaar Alfred und Anna Steyns aufgrund eines Gelübdes, anfangs als Marienkapelle getauft. Sie liegt am Wanderweg der Deutschen Einheit von Görlitz nach Aachen und am Jakobsweg im Abschnitt von Düren nach Kornelimünster. Durch die Stiftung einer Jakobsfigur im Jahr 2012 durch die Pfarrgemeinde St. Donatus wurde die Kapelle dem Hl. Jakobus gewidmet. |
