Is alteration allowed
In order for an image to be free it needs to have 4 freedoms: 0) Freedom to use for any purpose, 1) Freedom to distribute, 2) Freedom to modify, 3) Freedom to distribute modified versions. Unreliable source?
The source of the photo is Minghui is linked to Falun Gong. In the comment of the first upload the user comment was: "Clearwisdom.net does not have any copyright notices on it, but it bills itself as "English version of Minghui"". Practically the source of the photo is the organisation itself, it cannot be trusted for a controversial issue like this. Mhorg (talk) 19:42, 10 February 2025 (UTC)
