| Description |
Flying over these mountains which lie between France and Spain near sunset brings the rugged landscape into focus. We are looking Eastwards and the mountains stop near the Mediterranean Sea - which is at the very top of the picture (indistinct). At the top you can see the shadow on the mountains on the lower ground beyond. At this time of year (early December) there is still a lot of snow yet to fall but the very active skiing season has already begun. My 45 year old 50mm ai manual focus Nikkor lens is well-suited to aerial photography. |
