Deutsch: Bild 17c: Gebot für Kraftfahrzeuge, Verbot für alle anderen Verkehrsteilnehmer, den bezeichneten Weg oder Straßenteil zu nutzen. Das Zeichen wurde mit der überarbeiteten Fassung der StVO vom 29. März 1956 erstmals eingeführt und in dieser Form bis 1971 hergestellt. Quelle: Bundesgesetzblatt, Jahrgang 1953, Nr. 56, S. 357. Tag der Ausgabe: Bonn, 30. April 1956. Das 600x600 mm große Schild besaß eine 10 mm breite Lichtkante.
