footer_align parameter

The |footer_align= parameter is non-functional.
The only time the footer text changes alignment is when |align= is set to a value; the |footer_align= parameter has no effect and need not be present for the footer text to change alignment via |align= parameter. — CJDOS, Sheridan, OR, USA (talk) 23:19, 6 September 2021 (UTC)
