Discussion

• To start, I'll be adding the SDC and then later on (in a few weeks once SDC is done) will do the file uploads (if a separate botreq for the file uploads phase is recommended, let me know). For now, I'm only adding P13556, later I'll update to add more fields to the SDC so as to prioritize backfilling the P13556. I'm also doing file hash checks, as it seems some files (like this linked to this) has incorrect Image IDs in the wikitext, I'll correct them (manually) and re-run the bot to fill P13556.
