Description
English: Garuda image as National Emblem of Thailand as appeared on front cover of Thai Government Gazette (a book collecting law, notice and so on, published by Thai government). This featured red Garuda with outstretched wing. It has yellow claw and beak and blue clothings. Copyright status is based on Thai law.
As this emblem is merely a derivative work from public domain as described in Article 7 of Thai Copyright Act, 1994. Therefore, the emblem is in public domain. But the usage of this emblem is governed by legal restrictions, independent of its copyright status.
