Template for adding tracking categories based on SDC statements. It should by used by other templates to verify if expected SDC statement exist or not
Usage

Heavily used templates should use {{#invoke:SDC_tracking|SDC_statement_exist|...}} instead of {{SDC statement exist|...}}, with the same parameters, in order to reduce load on the database (example edit).
